YASLOGIST provides visibility over shipment data. It does not move cargo, hold goods, or file customs declarations, and it is not a freight forwarder, shipping agent or customs broker. Those roles remain with your licensed providers. تقدّم YASLOGIST خدمة إظهار بيانات الشحنات. وهي لا تنقل بضاعة، ولا تحتجز سلعاً، ولا تقدّم إقرارات جمركية، وليست وكيل شحن ولا وكيلاً ملاحياً ولا مخلّصاً جمركياً. تبقى هذه الأدوار لدى مزوّديك المرخّصين.
Much of what the service displays originates with carriers, terminals, brokers and drivers. We present it with its source and its timing, and we correct it when a better source arrives. We do not warrant that third-party data is complete or accurate, and it should not be used as the sole basis for a commercial or customs decision. كثير مما تعرضه الخدمة يأتي من ناقلين ومحطات ومخلّصين وسائقين. نعرضه مع مصدره وتوقيته، ونصحّحه عند ورود مصدر أفضل. ولا نضمن اكتمال بيانات الأطراف الثالثة أو دقّتها، ولا ينبغي الاعتماد عليها وحدها في قرار تجاري أو جمركي.
The service is provided as it stands. YASLOGIST is not liable for demurrage, detention, delay, missed deadlines or commercial loss arising from reliance on displayed data. These terms are governed by Egyptian law. تُقدَّم الخدمة على حالها. ولا تتحمّل YASLOGIST مسؤولية أرضيات أو غرامات تأخير أو مواعيد فائتة أو خسائر تجارية ناتجة عن الاعتماد على البيانات المعروضة. وتخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المصري.
Privacyالخصوصية
If you subscribe to Signal we store your email address and nothing else, and we use it only to send that brief. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the address. إذا اشتركت في «إشارة» فنحن نحتفظ ببريدك الإلكتروني فقط لا غير، ونستخدمه لإرسال ذلك الموجز وحده. وكل رسالة تحمل رابط إلغاء الاشتراك، وإلغاء الاشتراك يحذف العنوان.
If you use the platform we hold the shipment references you or your providers give us — booking numbers, bills of lading, container numbers, plates, gate passes, ACIDs and delivery notes — together with the events attached to them. That data is yours. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other customers. وإذا استخدمت المنصة فنحن نحتفظ بمراجع الشحنات التي تعطينا إياها أنت أو مزوّدوك — أرقام الحجز وبوالص الشحن وأرقام الحاويات واللوحات وأذون البوابة وأرقام ACID وأذون التسليم — مع الأحداث المرتبطة بها. هذه البيانات ملكك. لا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع عملاء آخرين.
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law 151/2020 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Securityالأمان
Traffic to this site and to the platform is encrypted in transit. Access to stored data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service, and every change to a shipment record is written to an append-only log rather than overwriting what came before. حركة البيانات إلى هذا الموقع وإلى المنصة مشفّرة أثناء النقل. والوصول إلى البيانات المخزّنة مقصور على من يحتاجه لتشغيل الخدمة، وكل تغيير في سجل شحنة يُكتب في سجل يُضاف إليه ولا يُمحى منه، بدلاً من الكتابة فوق ما سبق.
We do not hold payment card details, government identification numbers, or customs credentials. Access to Egypt's NAFEZA window belongs to traders and their licensed agents; we never ask you for those credentials and we could not use them if you offered. نحن لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقات الدفع ولا بأرقام الهويات الرسمية ولا ببيانات دخول الجمارك. فالوصول إلى منصة نافذة حقٌّ للتجار ووكلائهم المرخّصين؛ ولا نطلب منك هذه البيانات أبداً، ولن نستطيع استخدامها لو عرضتها.
